Through the tireless work of the MCMA Legislative Policy Committee and with years of valuable buy-in from industry and municipal leaders, the Maine Community Media Association has developed a substantial update to the Maine Model Franchise Agreement for Local Franchise Authorities in the state to download and use for updating or renewing their franchise agreements with Video Service Providers.
